1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Travel RN Directory at travelrndirectory.com and any successor URL ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Who provides the Site

The Site is operated by Travel RN Directory ("we", "us", "the directory"). The Site is an independent commercial directory of travel-nursing staffing agencies.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Site. By using the Site you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. The directory and its limits

The Site is a directory of travel-nursing staffing agencies compiled from publicly available sources, including The Joint Commission's certified staffing agency directory, NATHO's member list, agency career sites, public registries, and submissions from agency representatives or community members.

We do not employ, endorse, accredit, or guarantee any agency listed. Inclusion in the directory is not an endorsement. Agency details — including pay rates, contract lengths, benefits, and how to apply — may be incomplete, out of date, or — despite our reasonable efforts — incorrect. You must verify all agency details directly with the agency before relying on them for any decision.

5. No employment, medical, or licensing advice

Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes:

• Career or employment counseling
• Medical, clinical, or healthcare advice
• Nursing license, regulatory, or visa advice
• An offer of employment from any listed agency
• A guarantee that any agency is currently accepting applications, has the listed contract lengths, or pays the listed weekly rates

For licensing, immigration, employment-law, or healthcare matters, consult appropriate qualified professionals.

6. No accounts; no fees

The Site is a free, independent, static directory. It currently requires no account and offers no sign-in, listing claims, corrections submissions, account areas, or paid placements. Access is open to visitors at no charge.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape the Site at a rate that materially burdens it (a polite, identifying user-agent and request rate ≤ 1 req/sec from a single source is welcome and acceptable; respect robots.txt).
• Submit false, misleading, defamatory, or malicious content to the Site.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or our infrastructure.
• Use the Site to harvest contact information for unsolicited communication ("spam").
• Reverse-engineer or interfere with the Site's security mechanisms.
• Use any data from the Site to train an AI or machine-learning model whose output is then sold or commercially licensed without our written permission.

8. Content rights

Agency-listing facts (organization, location, certification status, application URL) are not copyrightable; we do not claim any. Original editorial copy, design, code, and aggregated metadata are owned by Travel RN Directory and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. The site's source code may be released under an open-source license at the directory's discretion; check the repository for details.

If you believe content on the Site infringes your rights, send a takedown request to info@lawandforensics.com with sufficient detail to identify the disputed content and your basis for the request.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY LISTED AGENCY IS CURRENTLY ACTIVE, ACCURATE, OR ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRAVEL RN DIRECTORY AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE — REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR (B) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Travel RN Directory harmless from any claim, demand, or damages arising out of (a) your use of the Site, (b) your submission of inaccurate or unauthorized content, or (c) your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in an updated "Effective" date and, where we have your email, by notice. Continued use of the Site after the change constitutes acceptance.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
